We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, payment details) and data generated through your use of the platform (discovery scans, agent activity logs, brand configurations). We also collect device information, IP addresses, and usage analytics to improve the service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to operate the Omnisight AI platform, run discovery scans across AI models and search engines, generate reports, process payments, send notifications, and improve our services. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed with industry-leading algorithms. We use role-based access control, audit logging, and SOC 2 Type II-ready architecture. Data is stored in EU-based data centres with automated backups.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, SendGrid for transactional email, and various AI model APIs for citation scanning. These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
5. Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Discovery scan results are retained for 24 months. After account deletion, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Account owners can request full data export or account deletion from the dashboard settings.
