How long does the first scan take?+
The initial discovery scan typically completes within 2-4 hours, depending on the number of keywords and AI models configured. Your Discovery Score will be available within 24 hours.
Can I connect my own CMS?+
Yes. The Builder agent supports direct integration with WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow via secure OAuth connections. All content deployments require human approval before going live.
What happens when my trial ends?+
After the 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to select a paid plan. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiry. No credit card is required to start.
How do I add team members?+
Go to Dashboard → Team → Invite Member. You can assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) with different permission levels. Team size limits depend on your plan.
Is my data secure?+
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard password hashing, MFA, role-based access control, and maintain SOC 2 Type II-ready architecture. See our Security page for details.
Can I export my data?+
Yes. You can export citations, rankings, backlinks, and reports as CSV, JSON, or PDF from the dashboard. Full data export is available from account settings.
