Terms of Service
The legal agreement between you and Omnisight AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Omnisight AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Service Description
Omnisight AI provides a unified discovery intelligence platform that monitors brand presence across AI models, search engines, backlink profiles, and social platforms. The service includes autonomous AI agents that operate under human-in-the-loop approval for all write operations.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, enabling MFA, and ensuring all users under your tenant comply with these terms. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Omnisight AI to: (a) violate any laws or regulations, (b) scrape or reverse-engineer third-party services beyond what our platform provides, (c) attempt to manipulate AI model outputs through prompt injection, (d) share account credentials, or (e) exceed your plan limits through automated means.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of your brand data, keywords, and configurations. Discovery scan results and reports generated by the platform are licensed to you for your use. Omnisight AI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the service.
7. Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime for the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated 48 hours in advance. The status page at status.omnisight-ai.com provides real-time availability information.
8. Limitation of Liability
Omnisight AI is provided "as is". We are not liable for changes in AI model behaviour, search engine algorithm updates, or third-party service outages that affect scan results. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
